The Canadian gaming holding Amaya Gaming Group bought up Cryptologic company

After several months of negotiations the Canadian gaming holding Amaya Gaming Group announced about buying up the famous company Cryptologic. The famous Irish software developer for online casinos which has been acting on the market since 1995 has lately had some financial difficulties and decided to accept the Canadian company’s offer. Amaya Group has to pay $35.8 million which is $2.5 per share of Cryptologic. This sum is 55% more than the market value of shares of the Irish developer that is why the company’s management accepted the offer of the gaming holding unanimously.
It will be recalled that the Amaya Gaming Group is the Canadian gaming group which combines different online gambling enterprises. Amaya is expanding its activity to other continents in search of new markets and assets; SMS lottery, Insync tables, Mosino – entertainment systems can be marked out among the latest projects of the company.
